Over the years we have made almost 500 blocks to customer's own designs. Here are a few examples that show almost anything is possible! If you would like a block made to a design that is not in our catalogue, simply send us a sketch or photo, a mock up in blocking net (buckram), or an actual hat and we will quote for your requirements. We specialise in all types of blocks, including those for couture millinery, military headwear and historical costumes.
