Another popular style that we thought should be bundled up! The midi range is based on an 18" head size to create perching hats that are approximatley 2/3rd size. The set contains two fantastic crowns that are interchangeable with two up turn brims. With these four blocks you can create a stunning mini topper and a cheeky mini bowler. Also included free of charge is a block stand (BS1) and 2 boxes of pins (BP1).
